Role in the Project

Stages: Stage 3 and 4
BIM Coordinator
Initial set up of models and model division strategy. Set processes to improve the efficiency of the team and achieve consistency on documentation following the office standards.
Train and assist the team with any day a day issues. Assist with modelling and the production of documentation when required. Assist with the production of models for visualisation .
Manage the exchange of models with consultants and client. Manage Clash detection.
Challenges: Project with Existing Survey model and Point cloud survey. Divided in several demolition and construction phases.
